Exactly what gets compared
- Rent amounts stated in your leases against deposits found in your uploaded bank or card statements.
- Security deposits recorded in your leases against deposits actually received.
- Your current leases plus your trailing 3 months of statements — not your full transaction history.
- Every flagged item cites the exact document and page it came from, so you can check it yourself.

Founding scope & price
$199, one time, for up to 5 units — then $20 per unit up to 30. Scope covers your current leases plus the trailing 3 months of statements, with 3 uploaded files per unit and one financial account per 10 units. Portfolios over 30 units need an expanded review — see below.
Human review, every time
Every finding is reviewed by a person before your report is delivered — nothing reaches you straight from an automated pass. Each finding links to the document and page it came from, so nothing in the report asks you to take our word for it.
What this audit doesn't do
This is a one-time review, not an ongoing service. We don't connect to your bank accounts directly or watch them on an ongoing basis — we only read the documents you upload for this audit. It's not legal, accounting, or tax advice, and it isn't a substitute for reconciling against your own records or a licensed professional. Results are limited to what the documents you upload actually contain.
