1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Leasella ("the Service"), operated by Gedik Management LLC ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Leasella, a product of Gedik Management LLC, is an AI-powered lease intelligence platform for real estate. The Service extracts structured data from documents, provides question-answering capabilities, monitors lease obligations, and assists with property management operations.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service
  • One person or entity per account unless on a multi-user plan

4. Your Data

You retain all ownership rights to documents you upload and data you provide. By uploading documents, you grant Leasella a limited license to process, store, and analyze them solely to provide the Service to you.

5. AI-Generated Content

Leasella uses AI to extract information and generate responses. While we strive for accuracy:

  • AI outputs may contain errors and are not legal, accounting, or tax advice
  • Always verify critical information against the source documents
  • Leasella provides citations so you can verify every answer
  • You are responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated content

6. Billing

  • Paid subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe at the price shown at checkout
  • Your subscription gives you access to the features included in your plan
  • You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period
  • Your first subscription payment is covered by a 7-day satisfaction refund: request a refund within 7 days of that charge and we'll refund it in full, no questions asked
  • Beyond that window, and for all renewal payments, subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Upload documents you do not have the right to process
  • Use the Service for illegal purposes
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service
  • Share account credentials or allow unauthorized access
  • Upload malicious files or attempt to exploit the system

8. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability. We will provide advance notice for planned maintenance when possible.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gedik Management LLC and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Leasella is a tool to assist with property management — it is not a substitute for professional legal, financial, or property management advice.

10. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon a confirmed account deletion request, your data is deleted within 30 days per our privacy policy.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before taking effect.
